Cat A fell $1,119 (0.8%) to $131,890, and Cat B fell $2,001 (1.5%) to $133,000. That leaves Cat B $1,110 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat C, with 1.67 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.26 in Cat A and 1.22 in Cat B.
A year earlier, in the Sep 2025, 2nd bidding, Cat A closed at $119,003, so it is 11% higher than then.
This was the last of the six results behind the October 2026 PQP, so the October 2026 renewal price was fixed when it closed. It is the average of every premium from Jul 2026 to Sep 2026.
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,392 a month (Cat B $1,423), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,211. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in September 2026 itself pay the September 2026 PQP, Cat A $126,208, which was fixed before this exercise.
