Cat A rose $4,508 (3.5%) to $133,009, and Cat B rose $4,000 (3.1%) to $135,001. That leaves Cat B $1,992 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat C, with 1.82 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.43 in Cat A and 1.43 in Cat B.
It is the highest Cat A premium in LTA's data, which starts in 2010. A year earlier, in the Sep 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $107,889, so it is 23% higher than then.
This result was the fifth of the six behind the October 2026 PQP. With the Sep 2026, 2nd bidding that followed, the October 2026 PQP came to:
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,392 a month (Cat B $1,423), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,211. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in September 2026 itself pay the September 2026 PQP, Cat A $126,208, which was fixed before this exercise.
