How Meyer Motors Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201623697H) collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you fill in our form or message us: your name, mobile number, email address, COE category and expiry date, your car plate number if you share it, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you go ahead with a loan, the documents the lender asks for, such as identification and proof of income. We collect NRIC details only when a lender or LTA requires them for your application.
To reply to you, prepare a renewal quote, submit loan applications to banks and finance companies on your behalf, arrange insurance if you ask us to, and file the COE renewal with LTA.
Only the parties needed to do the above: the lenders and insurers you agree to apply to, LTA, and our partner workshop if you book a health check. We also use service providers that process data for us, such as our customer messaging and enquiry-form system and website analytics, under agreements that require them to protect it. We don't sell your data.
We only send you marketing messages if you've agreed to them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
