Cat A rose $4,611 (3.7%) to $128,501, and Cat B rose $1,091 (0.8%) to $131,001. That leaves Cat B $2,500 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 1.84 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.34 in Cat A and 1.41 in Cat B.
It is the highest Cat B premium since the Oct 2025, 2nd bidding. A year earlier, in the Aug 2025, 2nd bidding, Cat A closed at $104,524, so it is 23% higher than then.
This was the last of the six results behind the September 2026 PQP, so the September 2026 renewal price was fixed when it closed. It is the average of every premium from Jun 2026 to Aug 2026.
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,365 a month (Cat B $1,391), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,188. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in August 2026 itself pay the August 2026 PQP, Cat A $125,646, which was fixed before this exercise.
