Cat A fell $2,110 (1.7%) to $123,890, and Cat B rose $20 (0.0%) to $129,910. That leaves Cat B $6,020 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 1.74 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.24 in Cat A and 1.42 in Cat B.
A year earlier, in the Aug 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $102,009, so it is 21% higher than then.
This result was the fifth of the six behind the September 2026 PQP. With the Aug 2026, 2nd bidding that followed, the September 2026 PQP came to:
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,365 a month (Cat B $1,391), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,188. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in August 2026 itself pay the August 2026 PQP, Cat A $125,646, which was fixed before this exercise.
