Cat A fell $1,889 (1.4%) to $130,001, and Cat B fell $2,900 (2.2%) to $130,100. That leaves Cat B $99 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 1.94 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.27 in Cat A and 1.19 in Cat B.
A year earlier, in the Oct 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $128,105, so it is 1% higher than then.
This result is the fifth of the six that set the November 2026 PQP. If the Oct 2026, 2nd bidding on 21 Oct 2026 closes at the same level, the November 2026 PQP works out to the figures below. The PQP forecast shows the range.
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,401 a month (Cat B $1,422), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,219. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in October 2026 itself pay the October 2026 PQP, Cat A $128,715, which was fixed before this exercise.
