Cat A rose $1,780 (1.4%) to $124,790, and Cat B rose $5,235 (4.3%) to $126,236. That leaves Cat B $1,446 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 1.89 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.59 in Cat A and 1.51 in Cat B.
It is the highest Cat A premium since the Oct 2025, 1st bidding. A year earlier, in the May 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $103,009, so it is 21% higher than then. Cat A has now risen in 6 exercises in a row.
This result was the fifth of the six behind the June 2026 PQP. With the May 2026, 2nd bidding that followed, the June 2026 PQP came to:
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,280 a month (Cat B $1,311), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,114. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in May 2026 itself pay the May 2026 PQP, Cat A $112,324, which was fixed before this exercise.
