Cat A fell $561 (0.4%) to $124,229, and Cat B rose $3,265 (2.6%) to $129,501. That leaves Cat B $5,272 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat A, with 1.84 bids for every COE on offer; Cat B drew 1.69.
It is the highest Cat B premium since the Nov 2025, 2nd bidding. A year earlier, in the May 2025, 2nd bidding, Cat A closed at $102,501, so it is 21% higher than then.
This was the last of the six results behind the June 2026 PQP, so the June 2026 renewal price was fixed when it closed. It is the average of every premium from Mar 2026 to May 2026.
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,280 a month (Cat B $1,311), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,114. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in May 2026 itself pay the May 2026 PQP, Cat A $112,324, which was fixed before this exercise.
