Cat A rose $181 (0.2%) to $106,501, and Cat B fell $5,889 (5.3%) to $105,001. That leaves Cat B $1,500 below Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 2.39 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.53 in Cat A and 1.66 in Cat B.
It is the lowest Cat B premium since the Dec 2024, 1st bidding. A year earlier, in the Feb 2025, 2nd bidding, Cat A closed at $92,850, so it is 15% higher than then.
This was the last of the six results behind the March 2026 PQP, so the March 2026 renewal price was fixed when it closed. It is the average of every premium from Dec 2025 to Feb 2026.
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,152 a month (Cat B $1,254), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,003. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in February 2026 itself pay the February 2026 PQP, Cat A $107,571, which was fixed before this exercise.
