Cat A rose $1,719 (1.6%) to $108,220, and Cat B rose $9,001 (8.6%) to $114,002. That leaves Cat B $5,782 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 2.10 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.39 in Cat A and 1.55 in Cat B.
A year earlier, in the Mar 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $92,730, so it is 17% higher than then.
This result was the fifth of the six behind the April 2026 PQP. With the Mar 2026, 2nd bidding that followed, the April 2026 PQP came to:
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,161 a month (Cat B $1,237), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,011. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in March 2026 itself pay the March 2026 PQP, Cat A $106,541, which was fixed before this exercise.
