Cat A fell $3,181 (2.9%) to $106,320, and Cat B fell $10,744 (8.8%) to $110,890. That leaves Cat B $4,570 above Cat A.
Demand was keenest in Cat E, with 1.70 bids for every COE on offer, against 1.57 in Cat A and 1.19 in Cat B.
It is the lowest Cat B premium since the Feb 2025, 2nd bidding. A year earlier, in the Feb 2025, 1st bidding, Cat A closed at $85,000, so it is 25% higher than then.
This result was the fifth of the six behind the March 2026 PQP. With the Feb 2026, 2nd bidding that followed, the March 2026 PQP came to:
On that PQP, a 10-year Cat A renewal financed over 118 months at 2.80% flat is about $1,152 a month (Cat B $1,254), and a 5-year Cat A renewal over 60 months at 2.58% about $1,003. Estimates, subject to lender approval.
Renewals made in February 2026 itself pay the February 2026 PQP, Cat A $107,571, which was fixed before this exercise.
